EXPEDITION:

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 days.    

When offers are available on the eshop, delays are longer due to a lot of orders to process. Preparation can take until 6 days. 

No orders are prepared on Saturday and Sunday when the company is closed.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE:

Delivery is free for orders over 90€.

Standard delivery by DPD within 3-8 working days. Cost: 13,90€ 

Please note this delivery time is given by the carrier and we are not responsible for any delays due to the carrier.

If the country where you want to be delivered is not listed we suggest you to send us your order by email. We will confirm if delivery is available for your country and give you the shipping cost.

Please make sure the address you enter is known by postal services and that you indicate the door code, the floor and any instructions that may help prevent any delivery inconvenience.

Please note we do not provide gift wrap but you can add a message to the order. In that case, you can write it in the comment section. 
Please note the invoice is not on the package except for Switzerland and USA, the invoice must be on the package.
